Last week, I shared an update on our Back to School Food Allergy Tips.
Today, I’m offering up a fun banana sushi roll recipe!

Made with sliced banana, these banana sushi rolls are best when made fresh.
Enjoy them with kids for breakfast or as an after-school snack.

If you want to pack them into lunchboxes, keep the rolls tight and brush the exposed pieces of banana with a little citrus or honey to help prevent oxidation.
By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free, egg-free, optionally gluten-free, nut-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, plant-based, and vegetarian.

Try a coconut wrap in place of the tortilla for grain-free and paleo-friendly option.
Ingredients for Banana Sushi Rolls include whole-wheat tortilla, peanut butter, banana, strawberry, kiwi, and unsweetened shredded coconut.

Enjoy this delicious and nutritious snack for schooltime!

We know that screens are a big part of kids' lives, but how can we make screen time both fun and educational? Here are three smart ways to balance screen time for your little explorer:

💡 Set a Screen-Time Routine
Try the 20-20-20 rule:
20 minutes of educational screen time
20 minutes of hands-on play or movement
20 minutes of creative or social activity

This balance helps reduce screen fatigue while keeping kids engaged in different ways.

Spark their love for science with the 1200X Monocular Kids Microscope, which is perfect for exploring tiny wonders up close—from leaves to insects and beyond. Make brushing time fun and effective with the Kids Sonic Electric Toothbrush, featuring an observing light and timer to ensure proper dental care.

Keep your little one on track with the Productivity Cube Timer, a fun and interactive way to manage study sessions, chores, or screen time with its gravity sensor and LED display. And for busy parents, the Baby Food Storage Solution—a versatile silicone snack box & milk containerkeeps healthy meals fresh and convenient on the go. Smart, fun, and practical—these essentials make everyday learning and care effortless!
